How it works

Simply send us your export or import documents by email or EDI – it's easy and secure. Our dedicated customer service team will take care of the rest: we will prepare your customs declaration in accordance with all legal requirements and submit it electronically to the customs authorities via the national customs system.

There, an automatic risk analysis is performed – depending on the result, your goods are either released (green channel) or registered for inspection (red channel).

You will usually receive the release of your goods declarations (export accompanying document for exports or duty assessment notice for imports) directly by email as a PDF file within a very short time.
